Botox Treatment

Recently visited Dr. Kathy Gohar for botox and fillers around my mouth and lips. As a 48 year old woman, every time I looked in the mirror, I could see that gravity was pulling my smile down, and my lips were getting thinner and thinner as I aged. Dr. Kathy Gohar changed all that! My lips are full again, and my frown lines are gone. I was so happy with her work, that I also had her do the area around my eyes ( crows feet), and the creases in my forward. I feel 0 years younger! I ran into a friend the other day and she asked me if I just came back from a vacation because I looked so well rested and happy.

Best experience I've had at a doctors office thus far. I don't mind traveling from Orange County all the way to BH. Dr Gohar is very accomplished, she is both professional and understanding about her patients concerns. In the past I've had doctors that would speak condescendingly or talk down to me, I've received the complete opposite at her practice. I've had laser treatments, Botox, fillers, and facials at spas but this has by far exceeded my expectations, much less pain and much better results. Sometimes I've had to wait a bit but it's totally worth it. When she is with her patients she doesn't ever rush you out, like I have had done to me in the past. Her utmost priority is her patients getting the best and her complete attention, so if it takes an extra 5-10 mins so-be-it. She is a workaholic but that's a great quality for a doctor to have. I would recommend her to anyone wanting any cosmetic or dermatological procedure. Don't be shocked that the office is quite small but you get great results. I'll keep going back as long as I can.

Dr Gohar is the best cosmetic surgeon in beverly hills. She is so dedicated and excels at her work. She is very caring and always makes you leave satisfied. She makes sure you get the best , most suited treatment for your complaint and will not overcharge you like most beverly hills surgeons. I see her for all my cosmetic issues along with other helpful treatments like underarm botox for sweating. Also Honey gives me the best facials ever! She listens to all your concerns and helps you get the results you want. Dr Gohar and her staff are very professional yet also friendly. If you want to look and feel better i highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr Gohar.

She is amazing. So kind and receptive. Very flexible with hours. Does a great job with botox. Her staff is fantastic, and love my facials/peels. No complaints! Dr. Gohar is awesome.

I love Dr. Gohar, she is amazing!! 🙂 I was recommended to Dr. Gohar by a good friend of mine, I had no plans on ever getting any sort of stuff done i.e. botox or filler, because I have heard so many horror stories of really bad experiences with different drs from many of my friends. This friend in particular was able to talk me into scheduling an appt with Dr. Gohar and I have absolutely no regrets! Finding a Dr. that you can trust is already hard enough, but finding a dr that you can trust to improve your overall appearance while making it look absolutely natural is rare! Over the last few weeks I have watched my face transform in the most natural and accentuating way, my result is beautiful and i am so happy that I made the decision to go and see Dr. Gohar. I feel so comfortable with her and can trust that she will do an amazing job with anything I decide to do, she doesnt rush you out of her office, she takes her time with you and makes it a personal and enjoyable experience.

I've been going to Dr. Gohar for several years for Botox on my frown lines. She is very warm and hospitable. No discomfort at all. Very clean office, very professional. Highly recommend.

I visited Dr. Gohar for Botox treatment. She took her time to find out exactly what I wanted it from the treatment. She was very respectful of the fact that I wanted a natural look. She did a brilliant job of using very little Botox to create a natural relaxed look. She was gentle kind and compassionate. I had such a great time sitting in her office that she ended up giving me a peel that really made a huge difference. I think I like the peel even better. A few days after the treatment, I visited my mother who was so taking by my results that immediately made an appointment to make a trip to LA to see her. I think her results were rather spectacular (but she is a beautiful woman to start with.) My mother is going to write her own review so I will leave it at that. I returned a couple of weeks later to get filler for my laugh lines. Again, Dr. Gohar took a long time to make me comfortable. She numbed the area to make sure that I would not feel any pain during the procedure. I could not stop smiling when I saw the final results. My laugh lines were gone. Dr. Gohar like a great magician had made them disappear. I had a smooth face again. I looked happy and of course youthful. When I asked her for more procedures, she sent me home to think it over. It is so refreshing to see such a brilliant professional and caring doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Gohar. Thank you Dr. Gohar for your presence. You have really made a difference in my life

I love Dr Gohar! I have been seeing her for nearly two years. She is the kindest most considerate doctor I have ever worked with. She is also very good at what she does! The results of her procedure are always better than my expectations! Never any bruises after Botox, or unusual skin reactions to her products and treatments. I have some horror stories to tell from my experiences with some other cosmetic doctors/surgeons in beverly hills. She also stands by her work and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the result. I highly recommend dr Gohar to anyone who wants to look just a little younger or more beautiful. I have been to and kept changing medical spas and dermatology offices for a long time until I found beverly hills Medi spa and dr Gohar. I have been going here for two years now. If you're looking for the best plastic surgeon/doctor in LA, look no more! Doctor Gohar is simply the best. I've been her patient for the past few years, and before her I had my fair share of bad experiences with various dermatologists and doctors to appreciate her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and aim for perfection. I've been going to Dr. Gohar for various treatments and procedures during the past few years. My first encounter with her was for a botox treatment. I have tiny lines and was very hesitant to try a new Doctor, afraid of getting one of those unnatural "devilish" looks that result from a bad botox. I only wanted a very minimal injection around the outer corner of my eyes (it amazingly also lifts the eyes) and my frown line. Unlike many Doctors who don't seem to have enough time to even listen to their patients' needs, Doctor Gohar took her time, attentively listening to my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve, and then added her own suggestions for a natural look (thus resulting in the amazing appearance of a lift around the outer corner of the eyes). The injection was quick, pain-free, and left absolutely no bruises in the following days. I have also visited Doctor Gohar for minor peels to get rid of dark spots. She has this inherent ability to perfectly detect the right kind and amount of peel for one's skin needs, and the best part is that whenever she comes a cross a great product that is a must-try for my skin type (ex:Obagi Serum,etc.) she gives out a free sample for me to try. Often the samples alone do the trick, without needing to buy the actual product until my next visit I've also abandoned my old facialist in favor of the facialist in her office. I have occasional trouble with pimples and blackheads, and the kind European lady who does facials there (forgot her name) knows exactly what kind of products to use to get rid of those. She spends a thorough one-hour session on my face, switching between extractions (which are a must for anyone with blackhead, etc. problems) and using healing masks, massaging my hands, etc. I've been to various facialists at high end spas in LA who spend the entire facial hour putting stacks and stacks of creams on my face, spending no time on extractions, and thus not getting to the root of the problem. Overall, my experiences with Dr. Gohar and her team has been nothing but extraordinary. She is funny, considerate, kind, and takes her time listening to one's specific needs, and has never failed to give me the exact look I wanted (and as I said even more) I know it is very difficult and confusing to find the right Doctor in LA given the many options so I thought I would write this review to put you at ease in making your decision. Try Doctor Gohar and you'll never be able to leave her alone again!

I have been to Dr.Gohar three times over the last five years and couldn't be happier. A friend in Los Angeles recommended her. I found her to be very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations. My first visit I had botox in my forehead and restylane in my cheek folds. The pain was minimal and the results amazing. Folks at home commented on how rested I looked, but with two young children that is far from the case. I look natural and healthy and couldn't be more pleased. Since the initial visit, I have returned each time and am equally satisfied. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

I went to see Dr Gohar for botox and get her recommendations on other anti-aging procedures. I found her to be very professional, kind and very informative. She takes the time to explain the procedures and answers any and all questions. Her work is flawless and I absolutely love the results! I'm even going back in a week for my first fraxel appointment. She also is very flexible with appointment times and will even come in on the weekend or stay late. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest , talented and personable doctor.

As a first time botox user I was very nervous about the procedure Dr Gohar immediately put me at ease . She was gentle yet very sure of what the treatment plan best for me. The actual procedure was quick and painless and I have to say one week later I am amazed and thrilled with the results !! This is my first yelp review ever, so bear with me, but I just had to write something for Dr. Gohar after seeing all of these crazy reviews. I found her through Lifebooker and I just went to her for the first time for Botox, Juvederm and scar revision and although it was my first time with all of these treatments it was amazing. First of all she is so calm and nice and she really listens. I brought my husband with me because I was nervous and she put us both at ease instantly. Secondly I felt so much better knowing that a REAL dr. was injecting and treating me rather than just an assistant (who may or may not have the necessary training). She was so patient and talked me through everything. It was a lot less painful than I thought it would be and the results are unbelievable! She really knows exactly what to put where. I am happy to have found my new dermatologist and even booked another appointment for some other skin concerns. I urge you to judge for yourself, I am so happy I did. Now I'm hooked!

I was truly shocked by the reviews I read for Dr. Gohar's Medi Spa!! I have been patient of Dr. Gohar's for at least 5 years, and especially in the field of Dermatology, I would never to go to someone I didn't consider to be one of the best. After many referrals from my friends, I went to see Dr.Gohar for a consultation. I was so impressed with all the answers she gave me, when I expressed the dermatological concerns I was dealing with, and the procedures I wanted to try. She never tried to force me to do any treatment I was looking for. She simply explained how the procedures worked, and if they would be of benefit for me. She even told that that one procedure I was interested in, was not age appropriate yet for me, and we could revisit my concerns later. I have never had to wait more than five minutes to see her, and her receptionist never fails to offer me tea, coffee or any other drink that I might want. She is brilliant with her placement of Botox and fillers!! She tends to err on the side of caution, and would rather give me a more conservative treatment, and to come back later, to see if more is needed. She even calls me the next day, without fail, to see how I am doing!! I am NEVER charged for that follow up visit by the way. Dr. Gohar has also gone out of her way,on many occasions, to stay later in her office, to accommodate my busy schedule. Sometimes that has been as as late as 8:00 P.M. That is unheard of in the medical world; especially in Beverly Hills, I have also had facials, and massages at her spa, which were wonderful. Overall, Dr. Gohar is an incredibly skilled Dermatologist , whose concern and care for her patients is unparalleled. That is why I felt so compelled to write this review. These other reviews seem to be talking about a Dr. I have never known, nor will I. I continue to refer my friends to her, and they have all had the same experience with her as I have. Don't let these other reviews put you off. She is an incredible Dr. and her spa is terrific!!!!

Doctor Gohar takes percausions to make sure her procedures are as painless as possible. The Botox injections that I received were the best and lasted the longest of others I've had elsewhere. I would say her prices are very fare and her monthly specials are particularly helpful as most of us are not the House Wives of Beverly Hills.

I first went to Dr. Gohar for Botox & she was very personable and very caring. I love how she personally texted back and forth with me answering all of my questions. I find her to be very knowledgable and professional. She did a great job with my Botox and I just went back for Radiesse treatments. I totally trust her and I am now a regular client.

I visited Dr. Gohar for Botox; this was the first time (and I have been doing it for over twenty years) that I did not bleed nor bruise. I went back to her for lip injections and juvadern for my lower face; wonderful results. I cannot speak highly enough about her skill and her professionalism.

I am among the very first clients of Dr. Kathy since the day the office opened. She has been right on the spot with me and my needs professionally and in terms of customer service. I am sure we all have run into crazy people around us and it is not fair to judge a business based on a weird experience. I was walking in to the building that same day and heard her calling the police on the person who created the commotion. The first time I went to her was to correct another doctor's horrible job of freezing my face. Another time I insisted on getting less botox and I did not get the same results , so now I trust her and actually let her do what she thinks it is right. I am very happy with the procedures. It is good to say what we like but in some cases doctors know best. My experience has always been very pleasant and her calm manner helped me a lot when I had the fraxel laser procedure. I also like the fact that she numbs the areas that are sensitive to injections or lasers treatments skillfully, have not had this done by other doctors.

I have been getting botox for the last 6 years. The Drs. I have been to are ok. My experience with Dr. Gohar was excellent! She really makes sure you are comfortable and her bedside manner is really relaxing. I loved her more understated approach. Dr. Gohar is in my building. I see her with her scrubs on all the time. I finally broke down and asked her her specialties — botox, fraxel, laser hair removal. I went in for my second treatment for laser and she gets every single hair. She is so gentle. I had heard that this procedure hurts but not even a bit! I became so fond of her gentle personality and her kind demeanor I decided to try her fraxil laser to reduce some fine lines and lighten some of my sun damage. I am hooked. She is so educated and informs me of all the pros of fraxil... I am also happy to admit I had her do my botox last month and my forehead has no sight of any lines... I really trust and enjoy her expertise. Highly recommended!
